Paulina Pilch, PhD, is a qualified legal adviser and qualified tax adviser with over 20 years of experience.
Before establishing PW Legal, Paulina worked for Arthur Andersen for eight years, becoming there a manager. Then, for over eight years she co-operated with TGC Corporate Lawyers (TGC Ordowska Kancelaria Prawnicza sp.k.), where she became the partner responsible for the tax practice. After a one year break in the professional career spent on a travel around the world, Paulina joined OpusNet group, where she dealt, among others, with tax planning including multijurisdictional structures, and also tax advisory, VAT, CIT and tax disputes included.
Paulina works in Polish and English, she communicates also in Spanish and Russian.
Joanna Wąsik is a qualified legal adviser and qualified tax adviser with over 20 years of experience.
Before establishing PW Legal, Joanna for 12 years co-operated with TGC Corporate Lawyers, where she became the partner responsible mainly for the real property practice. Joanna is an expert in commercial law, real property transactions and also in proceedings before common and arbitration courts, as well as before administrative bodies.
