PWL supports pro bono Strategic Litigation Programme of Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights by handling strategically-important civil proceedings. Currently, PWL handles two civil proceedings before the Distrci Court for Warsaw – Praga: proceedings for payment of compensation and so called actio Pauliana proceedings. (more…)
